Fees

 

The Firm uses an innovative, success driven, flat fee, billing system Eric developed for nearly all of the services we provide, even for litigation.  Since we do not generally charge by the hour and are rewarded for success, we have a financial incentive to not only solve our Client's problems, but to do so intelligently, quickly and efficiently 

 

For simple matters, the total fee may be as little as a few hundred dollars.  For more involved cases, we work with each client to try to reach payment arrangements which are fair and affordable.  

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards except that we generally cannot accept credit cards for bankruptcy representation unless the fees are being paid by a third party.
