About the Firm

 

The Intelligent Law Firm, A Professional Law Corporation, (formerly known as Intelligent Legal Solutions, P.C.), was founded by the Law Firm's Principal, Eric M. Nixdorf, Esq., in 2005.  Eric has over twenty years of experience as an attorney, real estate investor, and small businessman. Eric previously was the managing partner, bankruptcy department head, and primary litigator of a statewide law firm headquartered in San Francisco.  Eric was also the CEO of a successful Bay Area real estate investment company. 

 

Eric designed our Firm to allow him to provide partner level expertise and experience with responsive service to his clients at a much more efficient and affordable cost compared to most law firms.  The Firm uses a flat fee, success driven billing system for most of our legal services which Eric developed. This system is designed to align the interests of our Firm to those of our Clients.  Since we do not generally bill by the hour and are rewarded for success, we have a financial incentive to not only solve our Client's problems, but to do so intelligently, quickly and efficiently.

 

Eric splits time between the Firm's two offices and personally oversees the handling of each case. He has assembled a stellar team of legal professionals and support personnel to assist him.  We care about each of our Clients and feel that results matter; we are proud of the fact that most of our new Clients are referrals from former or current Clients.

 

The Firm has a A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, a spotless record with the State Bar, and is regularly given top reviews in services like Yelp.
