Living Trusts are typically revokable trusts designed to avoid the signficants costs associated with an estate having to go through probate.  We not only draft all the required documents, but insure that all of the applicable assets have been properly put into the trust and all necessary deeds, etc., recorded.  We typically charge reasonable, flat fees for these any other estate planning services.
